At Yardcrafted, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of every shirt and pant we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right through a clear, fair, and transparent returns process.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your apparel to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:
The apparel is unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.
You provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
Please Note:
Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.
If apparel is returned with perfume, makeup stains, or a strong odor, the item will be sent back, and the refund will be denied.
Items sent back without prior authorization (RA number) will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or special-order apparel.
Gift cards, discount vouchers, or store credits.
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.
Free Return Shipping (U.S. Only)
We offer Free Return Shipping on all approved returns within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states).
Once approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of your refund approval or rejection via email.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
Processing Time: May take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend initiating a return for your original item and placing a new order for the replacement apparel.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all related shipping costs.
International Returns (Currently Not Applicable)
Yardcrafted currently only ships within the contiguous United States.
If our shipping scope changes, this section will be updated. Free return shipping is available only for U.S. customers.
