At Yard Crafted, your satisfaction matters to us. Whether it's your jack stand kit or any future equipment you buy from us, we want it to meet your standards. If something doesn't work out — damaged, defective, or simply a change of mind — we've kept our return process simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 35 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
You may request either a refund or an exchange for another item of equal value. Email info@yardcrafted.com or call +1 916-451-7170 with your order number, the product details, and a brief reason for the return. We'll respond with clear instructions for sending the item back.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- All included parts and accessories (posts, pins, chains) must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or heavy use are not eligible
Return Shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For all other returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can confirm the correct process for your situation.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee. The only cost, where applicable, is return shipping as described above.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Exchanges are processed promptly, with replacement items shipped as quickly as possible
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed or your replacement has shipped.

Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, an order must follow the standard return process above.
