At Yard Crafted, we're committed to getting your equipment dispatched quickly, securely, and with professional care — from the moment you confirm your order until it arrives at your door. Here's how our shipping process works.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Order Handling Time
All orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order is confirmed.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
From order placement to arrival, the total estimated delivery window is 6–9 business days.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders below that amount are subject to a standard shipping charge shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden delivery fees.

Order Tracking

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. Once an item has shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Yard Crafted is not responsible for packages confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier but later reported lost or stolen. Contact us if this happens and we'll do our best to help.
